The ProtoLite car is a single seat racing mini  buggy, powered by a GSXR 600 or a GSXR 1000 motorcycle engine that was designed in 3D cad and built to compete in several developing racing classes including " Stadium Lites" "Off Road Lites".

Our Mini Buggies are also a lot of fun off the track, and playing in the sand dunes, and cruising off road trails.

By designing the car in 3D cad 1st, 95% of potential build problems were avoided before steel was even cut. Dimensioned prints were generated for most of the parts on the car, and the design data was also used to have a large number of parts lasercut and waterjet right to data.
